14-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return on unopened items. We want every stone to find the right home — if something does not work, reach out and we will make it right.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@iloadstar.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after we confirm the return.
  • Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a product defect or our error.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with original packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Certified gemstones that have been removed from their packaging or certificate sleeve are not eligible for return.
  • We may waive the physical return depending on the circumstances — contact us first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, contact us immediately at info@iloadstar.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping costs. Please include a photo of the damage if possible.

Your Rights Under BC Law

Under the British Columbia Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to certain protections regarding product quality and fair business practices. This return policy is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
