We ship from British Columbia, Canada via Canpar Ground. Orders over $800 CAD ship free within Canada. For orders under $800 CAD, shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. International shipping is available — rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping Rates (Canada)
All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). Canpar Ground rates vary by shipment weight and destination province — an estimate is shown in your cart when you select your province. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including your tracking number.
Delivery Times (Canada)
- British Columbia: 2–5 business days after shipping
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 4–7 business days
- Ontario, Quebec: 5–10 business days
- Atlantic provinces and territories: 7–14 business days

Packaging
Gemstones and crystals are packed carefully to prevent damage in transit. Certified loose gemstones ship in their original certificate packaging. Crystal sets and minerals are wrapped and boxed with appropriate cushioning. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@iloadstar.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
