Free Shipping on Orders Over $200 CAD
We ship from Mission, British Columbia, Canada. Orders over $200 CAD ship free within Canada. A flat rate of $12.95 CAD applies to Canadian orders under $200 CAD. International shipping is available — rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping Rates
All prices in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes in their country.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including your tracking number.
Delivery Times (Canada)
- British Columbia: 2–5 business days after shipping
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 4–7 business days
- Ontario, Quebec: 5–10 business days
- Atlantic provinces and territories: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Canada Post service disruptions or weather events may cause delays.
Packaging
Gemstones and crystals are packed carefully to prevent damage in transit. Certified loose gemstones ship in their original certificate packaging. Crystal sets and minerals are wrapped and boxed with appropriate cushioning. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at info@iloadstar.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
