Paraíba Tourmaline 0.3ct — Certified

$875.00 CAD

Discovered in 1987 in the hills of Paraíba, Brazil by miner Heitor Dimas Barbosa after years of excavation driven by intuition alone, Paraíba tourmaline immediately upended the gemstone market. Its copper-bearing neon blue-green — a colour that seems to glow from within under any light — was unlike anything seen before. Gem dealers described it as the "electric" stone. Today it remains the most valuable tourmaline variety by a factor of ten.

In crystal mythology, Paraíba is associated with the Throat Chakra and the element of Water — a stone of profound communication, emotional flow, and the courage to speak creative truth.
